• Maximum 6-Person Occupancy
A 50% deposit is required to hold a reservation. This deposit is fully refundable when notice
of cancellation is given no later than 60 days prior to arrival date. In all other cases, refunds will
correspond to our ability to re-rent the property for the designated time period. The
remaining
50% is 30 days prior to arrival date.
