The unit has two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a double bed. There are two baths, a living and dining area, a very nice terrace for outside dining, plus ceiling fans and a fully-stocked kitchen for your cooking pleasure. Sleeps a maximum of four people.

A 50% deposit is required to hold a reservation. This deposit is fully refundable when notice
of cancellation is given no later than 60 days prior to arrival date. In all other cases, refunds will
correspond to our ability to re-rent the property for the designated time period. The
remaining
50% is 30 days prior to arrival date.
